Shipping policy

All Locations

  • We use tools to calculate shipping costs on checkout, but these tools are not perfect. If there is a difference between the calculated rate on checkout and actual cost of shipping, the customer is responsible for the difference and will be invoiced for it.
  • We will try our best to avoid supplemental shipping charges by using larger boxes, but if the order is complex or large and requires multiple boxes, we may need to invoice the customer for an additional shipping fee.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to select shipping method on checkout and we do our best to provide as many options as possible.  If we find savings with an alternate shipping method, we may ask you if you want to take it.

Domestic US:

  • From time to time the customer may select a domestic shipping carrier for lowest cost that is slower than another one.  We reserve the right to decide whether or not to change this shipping carrier (ie from UPS Ground 2-5 business days to USPS Priority, as an example) to the faster method without increasing cost to the customer.

International:

  • For customers outside of the US, we generally ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), because we do not have the mechanism to calculate import duties and taxes on checkout.  This means the customer is responsible for being aware of and paying these import duties and taxes.
